The walk up to the chalets from the city center might be challenging for those without a car, especially after a day of skiing and a few mulled wines.

Quaint and Amazing!! The cabin/house we stayed in was perfect. It felt like a traditional home and had a beautiful design. The beds were great and it was quiet. It was walking distance to the local market place and city center, which was very convenient. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

The interior of the cabin could use some renovation, except for the bathroom which was clean and new. The mattress was uncomfortable and the downstairs toilet was not very clean.

We arrived late at night and the keys were in the door and the cabin was ready for us. A friendly and helpful owner who gave us tips on decent ski locations and who organised a 06:15 taxi for an early airport transfer. This log cabin was walking distance from the town centre and the market place was just down the street. Great cabins and I would recommend this for a family holiday. The design of the chalet, the look and feel was amazing. Very well designed and very tastefully decorated. The wood fire was a lovely feature although it is a very well heated property so you can't use it unless you turn the heating off. The views of the mountains every morning was an added bonus. The daughter of the owner was very nice and pleasant she recommended so many nice restaurant for us to try and we did try most of them and they were as good as she said. We would defiantly recommend and stay here again. It was a wonderful experience. The chalets are located on a steep hill, there was no pavement and not a lot of light but once you get used to it it is relatively easy to walk up and safe although I would not recommend the walk for the elderly. The pictures do the chalets no justice as they are even nicer when you are standing in one. If you go to Zakopane do not stay in a hotel with no character but stay in these modern yet traditional wooden chalets!! Location was okay for us as we enjoy walking but you can find hotels situated in the city centre if that is more suitable. This was a 10-15 minute walk away. I booked this as a surprise for my husbands birthday and it was perfectly romantic but it would be equally as special If we had kids so this accommodation really does suit all!

I recently stayed at the charming and cozy pods of Domki Pod Gubalowka Villa for a few nights. The modern amenities and fantastic mountain views made for a delightful experience. The log burning fire in the living room created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious downstairs area and good dining area added to the comfort of the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the effective heating and insulation kept us warm and cozy. Additionally, the picturesque traditional style of the chalets added to the dreamy ambiance of the place. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We got great value for our money at Domki Pod Gubalowka. The cabin was cozy, modern, and well-equipped, with a fantastic view. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main street and the Gubalowka mountain lift. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and organizing an early taxi for our airport transfer.

The only thing that could have made our morning meal better would be a wider variety of breakfast options.
